P\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed je velice podobn\u00e9, tak\u017ee si vysta\u010d\u00edte s b\u011b\u017enou p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed. Prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed se v balen\u00ed 200 g za 59 K\u010d, tak\u017ee za vyzkou\u0161en\u00ed ur\u010dit\u011b stoj\u00ed. V kuchyni nadchne p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm svou chut\u00ed. P\u0159i konzumaci p\u0159inese vitam\u00edny A, C a spoustu typ\u016f B. Tak\u00e9 nesme zapomenout na ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, fosfor, b\u00edlkoviny a dal\u0161\u00ed t\u0159i prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Jestli\u017ee trp\u00edte na ledviny nebo m\u00e1te onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jater, tak zde opravdu doporu\u010duji konzumaci t\u011bchto blahod\u00e1rn\u00fdch fazolek. J\u00edst se daj\u00ed jen tak, ale v\u00fdborn\u011b dochut\u00ed i n\u011bkter\u00e1 j\u00eddla. U vegetari\u00e1n\u016f je to velice zn\u00e1m\u00e1 plodina, tak\u017ee ji pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed do r\u00fd\u017ee, t\u011bstovin nebo ka\u0161e. M\u011b se osobn\u011b zal\u00edbila pol\u00e9vka. Sta\u010d\u00ed si jen p\u0159ipravit cibuli s \u010desnekem, jen\u017e nech\u00e1me lehce orestovat v oleji. D\u00e1le p\u0159id\u00e1me trochu d\u00fdn\u011b. D\u00e1le p\u0159id\u00e1me kari, raj\u010data, kokosov\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko a v\u00fdvar. Nakonec p\u0159id\u00e1me tepeln\u011b upraven\u00e9 adzuki fazole, a je\u0161t\u011b chv\u00edli va\u0159te.
